Doing what you know you should do

You know when you know what you should do, but you don’t do it, and you say, ‘ya, I know that’ whenever it comes up in a commercial, or article, or podcast, but you don’t actually do it even though you know you should?

Just yesterday, I had a run-in with reality: Having done what I know I should be doing, actually has benefits.

I know.  That’s probably not something someone who runs a blog/podcast on wisdom should be admitting.

But it’s also wise to be honest. =)

Anyway, I’ve been exercising consistently for some time now, and it turns out that whole “compounding interest” thing is true.

I think I’m ready to do my infomercial. I’ll be that guy hyping up, “invest every day, see results for a lifetime!”

So here’s your ‘wise statement of the day’… that you already knew… but may need to do: Doing something most days and continuing to do so really adds up.

Thanks for joining me on the journey!

Scott
