Mind | The Secret to Turning Inspiration Into Action

I suffer from dreaming big.  Part of that pain comes from being challenged to bring my lofty thinking down to ground level so others can get a better understanding of “what in the world I’m talking about.”  Sinek talks about how visionaries often dream big but struggle with execution, and recommends that in order to be successful there needs to be a partnership between visionaries (“preachers”) and operators—people who can turn dreams into reality, and make people feel seen, heard, and understood. This personal connection is what inspires loyalty and action.  How well are you balancing vision with action?

Body  |  NFL coaches share what they learned after getting fired

Getting fired can feel like a punch in the gut.  Unexpected and unfair.  But, that is the risk NFL coaches take, where a losing season can mean doing your job Sunday afternoon, only to find yourself without a job that evening.  While being fired is undeniably challenging, it can also as a catalyst for growth and can force you to remain receptive to new ideas and increase your willingness to adapt.  How willing and able are you to welcome hardship or challenges?

Soul  | Holy Imposter Syndrome

Many of us struggle with feelings of inadequacy, doubting our faith’s authenticity and fearing exposure as spiritual imposters.  This syndrome often stems from misconceptions that we should always feel confident and unwavering in our faith. Instead, we need to recognize that feelings of inadequacy can drive deeper reliance on God’s strength and grace, which is central to authentic faith, and, understanding that faith is not about flawless confidence but about trusting God amid doubts and weaknesses.
