Mind | Um, WHAT? One in Five Gen Z Think Hitler ‘Had Some Good Ideas’ And Wasn’t Evil
“A disturbing new poll has revealed that more than one in five Americans ages 18-29 believe Adolf Hitler had “good ideas,” sparking concern over how history is being taught — and understood — by this generation.” It is alarming how easily the younger generation takes to heart–and then vehemently defends–‘drive-by’ anecdotes, glimpses of headlines, and less than a minute of video (Tik-Tok) as if it were empirically-tested, thoroughly vetted, verifiable truth. Body | Creating Astonishment with Chicago Bears CEO Kevin Warren
In this video, Simon Sinek interviews President and CEO of the Chicago Bears, Kevin Warren. There are a few other good takeaways, but one segment begs a great question: where is the astonishment in your life? Soul | Heaven by Randy Alcorn
Heaven centers on the profound, hope-filled anticipation of a renewed creation, where believers will experience resurrected life, embodied and fully restored, in the presence of God. Randy shares how this perspective has been personally transformative in processing the loss of his wife, Nanci, and helping him look forward to an eventual reunion in a glorious new creation. It’s the 20th anniversary of his book, and I thought it would be good to revisit this ‘heavenly perspective’, especially if you find yourself in a season of needing the comfort and joy in understanding Heaven’s tangible, restorative promise as revealed in Scripture.
